Welcome to Gofadis Delivery (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and
use of our website, mobile application, and related services (“Services”). By placing an order or using our
website/app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you
must not use our services.
Service Area: We currently operate only in Nassau, The Bahamas. Scope: We deliver food & beverages
(including alcohol for customers 18+), groceries, retail goods, packages and other permitted goods. We serve
both B2C and B2B clients.
Alcohol Policy: You must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID to receive alcohol orders.
Ordering & Payment: Full payment is required at checkout via COD, debit/credit, or approved online wallet.
Delivery Standards: Typical delivery time is 30–60 minutes after merchant acceptance. If unavailable at delivery,
drivers wait 10 minutes then mark the order delivered; items are discarded with no refund.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel free within 2 minutes of placing an order; after prep or dispatch, a 50% fee applies.
Refund Policy: Refunds or credits may be granted for missing/incorrect items, delivery delays over 2 hours, or
driver non-delivery.
Pricing & Fees: Prices may differ from in-store prices and include service, delivery, and markup fees.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for delays beyond our control or indirect losses.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gofadis Delivery from claims arising from your breach
of Terms or misuse of the service.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Nassau, The Bahamas. Class action rights are
waived.
Updates: We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
